About the role…
We are currently searching for an energetic and passionate Business Development Manager on a 6 month contract with the potential to extend if the employee is successful. The Business Development Manager will be joining our New Business Team within our Property Management department and will be responsible for identifying prospects, attending appraisals, and listing new rental managements to assist in the growth of the rent roll.


Essential requirements…

  • Knowledge of and experience in the Real Estate industry and Property Management practice is essential
  • Experience in dealing with Landlords and Tenants to gain mutually beneficial business relationships
  • Highly developed selling, negotiating and verbal communication skills
  • Sounds understanding of the legislative requirements related to administering Property management contracts and agreements
  • Knowledge of Property Me and Agent Box software is desirable
  • Ability to work with a diverse range of people in high pressure situations
  • Outstanding personal presentation and professionalism
  • A strong passion for providing a high level of customer service
