About the role…

At Harris we employ all levels of experience across our Leasing partner team. We are currently looking for either someone who already has experience within Property Management, or at entry level looking to get their foot into the industry. You will be responsible for application screening, matching tenants to properties, ingoing and routine inspections, open inspections, and coordinating a busy Property Management POD.

This role will suit someone who works well with limited direction, is extremely organised and self-driven, likes to be out on the road meeting clients face to face, and enjoys working within a close-knit supportive team environment. 

Essential requirements…

  • Self-motivated with a strong passion for client service
  • Ability to prioritise and organise daily activities
  • Expert time management skills with great attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with a variety of team members and clients
  • Can work autonomously with limited direction
